Consolidating Instagram Accounts

I just started a new position as the social media manager for a small chain of restaurants. They have 4 locations, 2 in the city and 2 in the suburbs. They have separate Insta and Facebook accounts for each location, and are interested in merging the Insta accounts as one brand account, and keeping the Facebooks separate for location-specific info.
I've never done anything like this before, and was wondering if anybody with experience might be willing to chime in with any tips on how to do this effectively.
