Things you wish you known when you started a Social Media Account

Hi, I am beginning a social media calendar for my B2B SaaS company. I am aiming for 3 posts a week across our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Channels. We use Hubspot, which is awesome for scheduling content out for the week.

Because I am new to this, I want to ask the community for advice on how to get started. What advice do you have for me. Right now my brain is stuck on "what am I going to post". I am sure a more seasoned expert would have other thoughts and resources for getting started.
