Skills to Learn Social Media Internship

Hey guys,
I'm currently working as a social media intern for a local staffing firm and my supervisor wants me to give her some long term goals to shape the track of my internship. Tbh I have no clue what those goals should be. Right now I'm just making instagram, twitter, and facebook posts, and coming up with hashtags, captions, etc. I gave her one goal, to write for the company blog and improve my writing skills, but she asked for more goals in addition.
Hopefully there is someone in social media marketing who can answer my question:
What are some skills I should try to learn/improve as a social media intern?
Also idk if this matters but the company is pretty small and has a very little(5-6 likes a post) social media presence.
