My art Instagram account isn’t growing

My account (@abbiegmcgrath) has gained maximum 15 followers in the last year because so many people unfollow as well. I have many followers from when I had a gaming YouTube channel but now they’re all inactive because I don’t post anything related to that anymore. I’ve been posting much more consistently lately and been using hashtags but I still get very little likes and follows. I want to be an art/ influencer account and I sell commissioned art but I’m just really not getting anywhere. Does anyone have any tips on how I can start growing again? Thanks in advance!
