Importing Email List to Facebook Business Page

I've seen a couple of posts describing how to do this but they are from years ago and the places they say to go don't seem to exist anymore.
Does Facebook still allow this? If so, does anyone know how to do it?
I have a .csv file of about 2500 email addresses i would like to upload and invite to my page.
