How to hire someone to make Tiktok videos for me?

Hello everyone, I own a tiktok account with followers in the 80-110k range. I don't have time to film videos anymore, but looking to pay someone else to take it over for me. I would do all of the planning + provide all of the topic info (will be personal finance/startup focused), just need someone that's comfortable getting in front of the camera to make a post 2x/week, which should take about 20-40 minutes per post. Where would I go to find this sort of "paid actor"? Or alternatively, if anyone is interested please DM me.
