Good resources for hashtags?

Specifically for IG, I'm searching for a few good websites or apps for generating hashtags. Ideally one where I could enter 2-3 ones and it would generate the list for me. I really liked using Display Purposes but I haven't been able to get it to work (website will just... not load anything).
A lot of them charge money for analytics/info, is it ever worth it?
