Choose the right social network for my country

Hi guys, I decided to invest some money in a social page to grow my technical ebook business on programming.
My goal is Italy and, according to some estimates for 2020, this is the situation of active users for the platform:

Linkedin 29%
Excluding Youtube (because bringing quality video material would take me a long time) the question I want to ask you is: does it still make sense to invest in Facebook or is it better to bet on growing platforms in my country but not yet saturated like Instagram or Twitter?
For the moment i write free articles that give value and credibility to my person and, at the end of each article I insert a CTA to the related book. I also did a good job of SEO and some of the sales come from this source.
My modus operandi is to share these articles in the Italian communities of reference, but they are not well seen by the administrators, and most of the time I'm banned. I would like to have my own distribution channel.
Does the topic web developer, programming and computing make sense on a visual platform like instagram?
The ADS system of Instagram inspires me a lot, do you have any experience in this field?
