Hi There, Looking for some help with creating an ad on Instagram. I am using my business manager account which my Instagram page is linked to. When I set up a campaign, under ad, I click use existing post, but when I do this none of my 4 posts so far on my page show up. In addition, the one post (which is a a photo and slider with multiple videos) will also not advertise when using the 'promote' button on Instagram as it says the resolution is too low. But when I take any one of the videos that are part of the post, or the photo, it tells me that I can share it automatically to Facebook when I post (so I think it will also let me promote as well). Any idea what the limitations are for sharing video slider posts from IG to FB? and is this why I cant see the post on my business manager account when I try to use an existing post? Thanks for any help that can be offered.
