Tiktok: what helps project you past the 100 view mark?

Tiktok video (14 seconds long) started out strong (30 likes/100 views) within the first hour, but received no more views. (Additional 40 thru the rest of the day but no more). Used hashtags relevant to the genre of the content I was posting, plus standard #fyp, #foryou #tiktok. Likes/Views ratio was exactly 25% and because the video was short, I’m confident completion rate was fine. What else can I find out to help prevent my videos from flopping in the future?
