Mass follow friend's IG followers? He passed away.

My friend recently past away. He has a public profile. I made an account specifically to spread awareness and to have something people can go to whenever they want to reminisce.
To gain awareness I want to follow all of his followers. My username says RIP plus his name so they all will know. However there's hundreds of people he followed and manually adding 20 every hour is indeed tiresome.
Is there any app or software that can help me for free?
