Instagram Shadow Banned!

I’m relatively new to Instagram, still growing my Page. Over the weekend I followed too many people and only found out later to limit to a max 60 per hour.
I later posted 2 photos and got less than one-third of my usual reach/audience. I’m 98% sure I got shadow banned!
How do I fix it?!
