I have a problem with twitter, can't find the accounts linked with my phone number.

I tried to reset the password of the phone number but it told me "too many accounts" are linked to this account so I had to type the specific gmail/username and password but I haven't used them in a long time so I don't remember any of that info. what can I do ?
