How to play the SM game to create interest with zero budget

I work for a mid size limousine company. Our biggest clients are/were the casinos and the travel industry conglomerates. With those two at a complete standstill, our chauffeurs (as the rest of the staff and admin team) have been resting safe at home with a few exceptions still doing a couple of jobs a day.
While I am working on a fresh marketing plan, I am after ideas on anything that could spark interest and conversation on SM platforms (more so on Linkedin for our demographic). What questions and topics to write about, imagery with captions, etc. without having to spend money on advertising. Like many other companies out there, we have zero money for marketing and advertising.
Creating meaningful social media posts to me is the best way to stay top of mind that I could think of. I just need help as to what to write about, what would be interesting to people, what would spark conversation, questions, attention. A few places are starting to open, some interstate travel included this could potentially put our vehicles and our chauffeurs back on the road and thus have a bit of income.
The limousine industry (specially the corporate realm) is not the sexiest and unless you are needing a transfer to the airport or a corporate transfer it's not something that interests many people (if at all). It is one of those things that you only think about the service when you need it .
Would love to pick y'alls brains. Greatly appreciate your help.
