How can I use multiple instagram accounts on the same IP without getting action banned?

I’m currently personally managing 4 insta accounts using the same IP address and IG constantly bans all 4 if I use actions across all accounts. I do not spam or do any excessive actions so I’m assuming it’s an issue of the IP address. Does anyone have the same issue? Do you think using a VPN is the answer or even separate devices? My accounts are pretty successful so the constant 1 week action bans are very annoying urgh
