Hacked Instagram Account [Help]

Hello, later yesterday I tried logging into my art Instagram. Was logged out, tried to sign back in but told me my password was wrong. So it sent me a verification code to my email but when I check to see my email, the password was hacked on that also and changed. So now, I can’t get into my art account AT ALL or the email linked to it. I’ve been trying to get people to report my account so it will be taken down and the hackers will stop using it but nothing has happened yet. Please help in any way you can. I have no choice but to have the account taken down.
