Facebook ads account disabled without even making a single ad

Hey guys,
I had created a facebook business manager account for my SMMA about 6 months ago and had a facebook page an IG account linked to it. I never got around to using it until recently when I saw it had the message that ads account was disabled and no new ad accounts can be added to the account. I had no ads account added in the first place, so I don't eben have an idea why it was disabled by facebook.
