Can I Repost Other People's TikTok Videos On My Own TikTok Account?

I have a professional TikTok channel that's growing everyday. That being said:

TikTok normally lets you download/save videos to your phone (if users enable this option)

As you know, TikTok has the very popular #fyp (for your page) hashtag
Does this mean it's 100% legal/okay for me to occasionally repost someone else's TikTok content on my account without even asking them for permission? At least from those users who meet any of the above conditions?
I just wouldn't want to get my account in trouble. Though of course, maybe some users may still complain to TikTok staff no matter what....
