5 views in 3 hours on Tiktok..is this normal?

I made a brand new account using all the tips that I saw from a man on Youtube about Tiktok

I have made clear professional videos, and everything is normal. On one account i get 250 views and it just stops even if it has like 60 likes.

I have a bad habit of deleting and reuploading and I use good hashtags..does anyone have an answer for this?
