30k tiktok likes, daily posts, only 220 followers

Hey everyone,
I've been making 1-3 posts every day (without fail) on tiktok for about two months now. They generally do quite well, average 800-1000 views, have had about half a dozen get 10k+ views. I've got just under 30k likes, but only have ~220 followers. Any tips on converting more likes into followers?
Most of the stuff that I've read suggests posting regularly and consistently (I do), posting original content (which I do as well). Feel like I should have more followers for this consistency.... any quick tips on getting some more?
