TikTok: Lots of Likes but no Followers

Hi All, reaching out because of a trend that I see with my TikTok page. I am currently sitting at 3173 Followers and 336,100 Likes. I browsed through other people's pages with the same niche (funny/relatable skits, etc)& their ratios are so much better... like people with 336K likes have at least 10k Followers already. What am I doing wrong? AM I JUST UGLY OR WHAT. I'm so confused LOL. Thanks in advance~ my tiktok page is _brianchu (if u want reference)
