Facebook account locked out

I used to have an account on Facebook for a very long time and decided to delete it for numerous reasons. A few months go by, and finally, yesterday I decided to create a new account.
Today I was browsing Facebook and had something pop up. It was a request to verify my account by taking a video of my face. I did that, and it told me to way for my account to be verified. Now when I try to log in, I get an error message. It says “You can’t use Facebook right now. We’re currently reviewing your submission. We’re always looking out for the security of our community, so until then you won’t be able to use Facebook.”
I have added a lot of people which is why I’m assuming this is happening. I just would like to know how long I could expect for this to go on. I can’t wait days for this to happen for a few reason. I have sent a request for help in to Facebook.
