Any recommended tools for social advertising forecasting for link clicks, etc similar to facebook audience definitions?

I'm looking for a tool or advice to help forecast more appropriately an estimated amount of link clicks expected from Twitter and Google/Youtube ads with my clients budget. I'm able to receive this information with Facebooks Audience Definition when setting up ad groups but I was curious if there is a way to understand this information better with the other social platforms.
I'm willing to pay for a tool to help forecast this information to my clients instead of possible reach or possible audience summaries.
Any help is appreciated!
