130,000+ Followers - Almost no money. How can I make this profitable?

My YouTube channel has 135,000+ subscribers. I make a very small amount from monetized videos, and a slightly larger (but still fairly small) income from Patreon. I am SURE there are people with smaller followings than me, making much, much more than me. In this new global climate, the only income I can currently rely on is my online income.
Can anyone recommend a thorough guide to making more money? Maybe it's a mindset that's holding me back. Like I don't think I'm expert enough or qualified enough to sell a product, that I'll be exposed as a fraud, that it's inauthentic.
