Small business brand social media tool

Hi, I've been searching for social media tool for my brand. I've read bunch of posts here on "best social media tools", mostly expensive for my startup.
Is there relatively cheap (5-10$/month) tool that has: 1. Single user account (I do this only for my brand) 2. Facebook & Instagram managment 3. Post scheduling / reusable posts / video posts 4. Post designer/composer 5. Feed 6. Comments 7. Analytics 8. Ads managment 9. Followers
Im not an agency and not doing this for others, but for my brand only. I'll have like 3-5 posts per day, both images and videos.
Appreciate any suggestions other than hootsuite, buffer, loomly, meetedgar, sprout social and other over my budget. Thanks
