Is there ANYTHING i can do to stop constant FB Harassment??

I am so frustrated because I have been receiving horrible messages from who knows, calling me names and threatening me. I was able to get an account taken down by reporting but another one just pops up and repeat. When i try to report all the fake accounts fb say that it doesn't go against guidelines, whatever. Blocking and Reporting absolutely does nothing. this person is desperate. i even made new accounts, change names- its all hopeless. and im not thinking of deactivating because its the only way I can keep in touch with family overseas??
