Hello All, I know in todays society, social media is everyones go to. When they're lonely, mad, sad, and even when they're happy. On average, people spend about 2 hours a day on social media. Is one of the first things you do in the morning is check social media? Do you catch yourself scrolling for hours wasting time? Or do you control your social media use? With that being sad, are you taking advantage of todays social media?
