Instagram scheduler / poster WITH API

Hey so I'm wondering if anyone knows of an Instagram scheduler / poster service (like hootsuite, etc) that has an API that's open to users? I post daily photos to all of my other social accounts automatically from my website, except Instagram because of the damn restrictions on their API (only "partners" can post via the API and they're not accepting new applications).
I'm aware of the FB / Insta Creator Studio but that still requires manually scheduling each post, I need to be able to do it programmatically.
I'm aware Hootsuite has an API but it looks like it's more aimed at people who want to build whole platforms around their service not small personal use cases like mine, if anyone has used their API please let me know if I have the right of it.
