How are businesses adapting via social media?

I'm a social media administrator for a retail store. Our store is currently closed but those of us who can continue to work from home. Of course, social media isn't my only hat and I have plenty of other work to do while I keep my distance inside my apartment but I'm hesitant to have radio silence on these channels.
I'm curious about other retail stores and how they have adapted to this change. Are they working more to create a community through their channels? Are they sharing more personal, relatable content instead of merchandise or marketing? Or a combination of sorts?
