I want to make a separate Instagram account for my artwork but I don't want instagram to recommend it to local followers in my area. (I want honest feedback and creative expression and would just not prefer my friends or family to be recommended to follow or for it to show up in their feed). Can I use a VPN to accomplish this? is it location based?
