Claiming a Page on Facebook Business Manager Not Working.

I've claimed ownership in Facebook Business Manager for my page. It says 'Request Pending'. I (as an admin) go to my business page settings > page roles, but I don't see anywhere to approve the request. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this???
