I got this pop-up every time I try to message someone new.
"You may want to slow down or stop to avoid a restriction on your account. We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time to help protect the community from spam."
Then I have to click on the captcha box and it allows me to send a message.
Will, it ever disappear?
