What to do when you want to create but ou don’t know what?

Hey nice people,
I work as a graphic designer since forever because it’s pretty much what I know how to do (and because life happened, you know). I’m 29 yo and Ive had several blogs since I was 11, back and forth. Right now, the only social media I really use is Instagram.
Thing is, I feel, even single day, almost every single second, this urge to create something… but Im not sure what. I really wish I could work creating content for Instagram/other medias, but I feel like I don’t really have anything of value to share. I love photography, I like to write, but, you know… I’m not particularly stylish or talented in pretty much anything (or at least that's how I feel).
I tried to profissionalize my Instagram profile, bought some courses, even paid a mentorship which wasn't cheap... but the main point is not marketing strategies, but that I don't know what I want to share.
I just feel the strong urge to create.
And it’s not like, I don’t know, something physical like crafts or illustration. I’m not sure what it is. I look ad some instagram profiles with creative photography and my eyes sparkle. Still, I don’t really know what to do with that.
Sorry for the rambling, I feel like it’s quite pointless since you guys can’t solve this for me, but I wanted to share this feeling in case one of you has been through the same situation or at least something similar (and hopefully hear some advice!).
