three instagram posts from the same shoot in a row- how to time them?

i'm doing a complete social media revamp and one thing the refreshed page will include is the three posts in a row setup to help create a streamlined aesthetic. i'm not talking three images that form a panorama, but rather three images in a row from the same photo shoot that look similar in tone. i've already posted six images (two rows), but did so by doing three a day in a row and worry people might view this as spamming. so i'm wondering how you suggest i time this? or should i keep doing it three in a row once a day? i am recycling old work to help build the post number up again, but with this new aesthetic treatment the page should look a lot better. just curious how to time it.
