So frustrated! Should I hire a full time videographer / content creator?

Hello. I have a small business that does fashion design and apparel manufacturing (made in the USA). I have grown my fb fan page to about +100k, IG to +20k.. But over the last few years, as my business has grown, I have less and less time to devote to content creation. Plus since video is king, I find that video is best, but takes even more time to produce.
I actually have a brick & mortar manufacturing facility, showroom, and photo studio in the USA where I meet with clients, do fittings, cut and sew garments, and do the photo shoots for our marketing. I think in just doing what I do and documenting it, will produce tons of great video content that engages with my base.
I think I need some help. I have so many other things I have to focus on, and can't focus on creating content 100%. I feel as if I am drowning and dont have the time to produce great video content plus run my business. I feel that content creation is so important that I may need to hire someone who's job it is, is to focus on nothing but content creation that will entertain, educate, & excute.. It's almost like I need a movie producer and director on staff to help feed the appetite of the people consuming content.
So frustrated.
Interested in hearing how others solve this issue. If you feel as if I should hire someone part time or full time, where best should I look? and what would I be looking to spend?
