Instagram hashtag shadowban timing....

Quick story: started a brand new IG account Feb 1 (sports related), posted multiple posts very quickly myself the first day with hashtags, realized I got shadowbanned from appearing in hashtag/explore and am getting error messages sometimes when I reach my threshold of commenting/liking/messaging.
How do I know when the hashtag shadow ban is actually over? I have avoided using hashtags for 4 days on all my posts (and it's killing me) and have read to wait 1-2 weeks before trying to include a hashtag again. I deleted all hashtags from every post or comment. I still can tell I am limited on what I can do per day (commenting, DMing)
Any help appreciated. I am flying blind here
