How to offer downloadable content on IG in exchange for email?

I really love 'Later' app so far, but I have't yet figured out how to offer downloadable content (e.g. branded wallpapers, e-books etc) in exchange for an email.

'Later' is great and allows me to easily direct users to a link with the content download, but I haven't figured out the best place to put the actual downloadable content in exchange for an email?
