(Facebook) Message Response rate and time dropping. Help?

Recently I've noticed the message response rate and time on one of the pages I run dropping. Just a few weeks ago it was at 100% at 3 minutes response time (It took me almost a year to get it there from the abysmal state it was at before I was hired) but now it's at 90% with 13 hours response time.
One problem I acknowledge is that a lot of people who message the page do so on weekends or after work hours, meaning that they won't receive a reply (other than an automatic one) until the next morning, but every single person has at least received a reply, so I don't see why the rate in particular would drop.
Am I missing a potential cause for this? Thanks in advance.
