Copying Twitter Ad Groups to another campaign

Hello Twitter Experts,
Is there something I'm missing here?
Lets say I created a Twitter ad campaign. The campaign is about Basketball. I created an Ad Group and populated it with my target audience of people that I believe will engage with this Tweet about Basketball.
Later on, I create a new ad. This time its to promote this amazing basketball film. It's a behind the scenes look, so I want to target both basketball lovers but also filmmakers. I create a new campaign. I would like to split the budget between 2 Ad groups: basketball and filmmakers. I can easily create a new Filmmakers ad group, but do I really have to create my Basketball Ad group all over again?
I'm I misunderstanding something?
