As an agency can I link my clients facebook ads to a landing page created on my agency site?

Some details about the idea. My clients are small businesses, very low budget and not willing to invest on having their own web. So I am thinking in creating landing pages for them, on my agency web, so I have somewhere to put a pixel and implement some lead capturing.
Is it penalized by facebook? Does it reflect poorly on my site SEO? Is it an overall bad idea?
