3D Instagram posts - able to put ad spend behind them?

Hi friends!
I’ve started creating 3D Instagram posts and have had mixed results when trying to put ad spend behind them. Sometimes the promotions will be approved no problem and other times denied because of the use of Facebook assets in the artwork.
Anyone been able to determine to what degree you’re able to use Facebook assets in paid ads for the purposes of special effects? Seems somewhat random as far as I can tell.
