Posting Reddit videos to Facebook

Its honestly kind of sad how I can't find any information on this whatsoever anywhere even when Googling it and my questions anywhere else never ever get responded to. Every single time I try to upload a video on Facebook that I've downloaded from Reddit it says it can't be uploaded because of some bullshit reason like it being "too narrow" or it being "too short. Minimum height is 120 pixels" just a lot of excessive all the time bullshit. How do I get around this??
