Whenever I try to edit my bio for my business account, I get an error message that says “We’re sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again.” They also removed my business website, which is obviously a big problem!
I’ve tried to contact someone using Facebook ad support, but they can’t help. I’ve “reported a problem” every single day for months too. No contact. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with someone at Instagram tech support?
