Is sharing other accounts' Instagram posts a potential copyright concern?

I manage social media for a hospitality company that is very design focused. I know this practice is pretty commonplace on Instagram, but our creative team wants to shift towards sharing more inspiration photos versus promoting our products/company. We're a small part of a very large corporation, so I'm worried about potential copyright violations against the company. Is sharing with attribution enough to cover us, or do we need to receive written permission from the original posters? Anything I'm not considering?
