Help an old school influencer out please

This may not be the right place to post but I am just looking for some guidance or at least to be pointed into the right direction.
In the early 2010s a good friend of mine has a Facebook page that he posted on often with funny videos. He was fairly well known and had an active following of around 200k .
This page got hacked, got changed into a scam.page and was subsequently deleted by Facebook. He had tried for many many months to get Facebook to return his account to him. To no avail. Do you guys know of a person we could contact to try and aid this?
