Canva.com it's so annoying

I've been using canva.com for a while now but they have this big bug that sometimes I write text in a design an it just keeps on deleting the text. Not sure if anyone else has this or has a way around it? I would like to move for another website but the majority of my designs are in canva and it's a bit annoying to move. Any suggestions? I've emailed canva, they are aware of the bug but do nothing about it .. sometimes this bug makes it impossible for me to use the tool and need to go to photoshop.
