An important question about cancellation

Ok so I want to start offering a service were I build people websites for their businesses and promote those sites on google. The website builder that I will use cost $100 per month and I can build as many websites on it, but my main question is let’s say 2 months from now that client decided to cancel my service is it ok if I just close down the website I built for them? Because I would be paid $600 per month to run the website and the ads but if they cancel then there will be no way of me to hand the website to them without them still having to pay 100 per month to keep it up. So what should I do? How can I make it more far for them?
