Tik Tok not sharing video?

Hey so I Don't know how many of you use Tik Tok, but recently the last 24 hours I've been getting 0 view videos. My assumption is that the videos in question are not being shared to their tagged categories or fans as all my other videos have at least a couple thousand views.
Is this a current issue? Is it fixable? Or am I just doing something wrong? I usually tag it with 5-10 things so 0 views is unlikely.
