Job opening keeps violating community standards - DON'T KNOW WHY
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
Hi,
so the company I work with wants to recruit through Facebook - pretty standard stuff, we are looking for vendors for a Christmas market. For some reason, a whole lot of our job postings on Facebook get flagged because it 'violates community standards.' We went through the ads to make sure there's nothing even remotely offensive or problematic about it - we even checked for spelling a few times, yet the system still keeps taking it down without explaining why any deeper.
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT
We are a LEGO® part reseller company specializing in custom creations, therefore the text of the job opening contains the word 'LEGO®' a lot, which is not in the name of our firm. Could it be possible that we might keep getting flagged because the algorithms think we are impersonating another company?
Alternatively, what other reasons could there be for flagging perfectly okay job postings?
I'd appreciate any advice.
