How do you manage your Twitter lists?

I’m investigating ways to organize Twitter lists at the moment. At the moment specifically, I’m am looking for ways to create lists easily - each list may for example contain up to a few hundred people, so an import method would be helpful.
But I’m still curious to hear of your list workflows/methods and how they are generally organized.
Incidentally, on bulk list creation, I have looked at the Twitter API, and see that it does support the underlying function, with
POST lists/members/create_all but am keen to hear about alternatives or tools that do a bit more to give any extra functionalities required to use lists well.
